The success rates in IUI cycles have grown from 5% to >20% per cycle with advances in stimulation protocols, cycle monitoring, the timing of ovulation, semen preparation methods, and luteal phase support.
4. The time between Semen collection and processing?
Semen processing should be done within 30 minutes of ejaculation and IUI within 1–2 hours of semen processing to get the best results in terms of clinical pregnancy.
